Just OK.
Loved the workout room and the pool looked nice. Room was so noisy. Granted having neighbors who fought all night isn't the hotels fault but those walls are thin. Very smoky in our room too but luckily the windows open. Staff seemed nice. We were glad it was just one night.

Good but no shower curtain and erroneous billing
Was good however 2 complaints, the shower was missing a shower curtain. I did not notice until an hour before checking out therefore had no times to inform the hotel as I am certain they would have installed one for me. I informed the desk clerk as I was checking out and she was very apologetic. The 2nd issues was I was erroneously billed $85.06 for someone else charge. I only noticed it due to my Amex charge alerts. I called back the next day and they researched it and called me back and admitted that it was their billing error and apologized. But did not offer a free night or anything.

Customer Service at its Best!!!!
It was so refreshing to stay at the Kensington from start to finish was superb!!! If you thought customer service was a thing of the past ..., you have not been to the Kensington Ann Arbor. Check was outstanding and my requests for particular location and type room honored. Dinner at Relish was awesome. Beds soft and comfortable . Rooms were clean and snacks at desk great and on the go breakfast available even at 7 am!!! I am definitely returning for a pleasure trip here and business !!! This was Superb!!!
