Nice location and views and lobby and other communal area are okay, corridors to rooms very squeaky floorboards and the rooms themselves are okay but dated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Also, parking the later you get back to the hotel becomes more challenging. Struggling to find spaces

Not the best, Good!
Very clean hotel, and very good access to the motorway and surrounded by a massive beaitiful park, free onsote carpark, the only downside was the old building with the very old wooden floor which made it almost impossible to rest as I could hear almost all night people walking in the corridor and the woods would make noises. Overal not too bad for a short stay specially if you are tired since it is a good access to the motorway.
