Hotel bueno, servicio ineficiente
Realicé mi reservación con estacionamiento incluido, pero nunca me dijeron que el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad. Además al momento de hacer check in me asignaron un cajon, pero regresando de salir a cenar me informan que ya no hay lugares y que no se apartan. El segundo día solicito un cajón de estacionamiento y me dicen que los que hay estaban APARTADOS. Durante los 2 días de mi estancia tuve que dejar mi vehiculo estacionado en la calle. Personal del lugar me indico que por las noches tenian velador, sin embargo al dia siguiente mi carro tenia rayones en un costado. En general el servicio es bueno, pero por eso inconveniente no volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel. En cuanto al servicio de la app en hoteles.com, deja mucho que desear el hecho de que no contesten las llamadas de atención a clientes ni tampoco los chats.

Excelente!!
Excelente hotel por el precio, es un hotel prácticamente nuevo, la habitación en la que me hospedé era chica pero estaba muy cómoda, limpia y en excelente estado, tienen alberca y en la habitación hay frigobar lo cual es muy buena opción, espero sepan cuidarlo los demás huéspedes. En general 10/10

Me gusta la limpieza y las instalaciones bien cuidadas, lo que no me agrada mucho el espacio de estacionamiento, si no alcanzas lugar dejan tu carro en la calle, en el desayuno hay áreas de oportunidad para mejorar
