    Bad air conditioning

    The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The only thing is the bed was too hard to my liking and the Air conditioning was horrible, had it on its coldest temperature and was still very hot in the room. Was supposed to be a nice getaway but I sure was ready to be home in my own bed soon I got there

    i live in Winnipeg. Went to Brandon for a staycation get away. hotel experience was fantastic. clean. service was great. friendly. i had an issue with the Wi fi and felt that the customer service rep could have done a better job of assisting me but it wasnt the end of the world. Overall. Great people. Great Service. Great stay.

    My room was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to Covid~19, I wasn’t able to eat in restaurant or use any of the facilities, but my stay was very good.

    With the times that we are currently in, this was definitely a one off that we were away from home. We found that the sink and tub did not drain very well as well found food under the sofa bed and a bottle cap under the side of the bed. We had hoped these things would be looked into prior to our arrival seeing as cleanliness is of the utmost importance during these times as well as anytime staying in a hotel. Hopefully the drain issues can be looked into soon as well.
