    The Property is located in the very busy and messy Teluk Kemang Beach. Which is good and bad. Depends on your liking. Parking at the hotel was troublesome. Also because we were there during the CNY holidays. The public who go to the beach were parking at the hotel car park which means hotel guests had to park elsewhere and walk over. We booked a family room online. But when we arrived, the staff mentioned that the family room was overbooked and they are upgrading us to a junior suite. We booked a family room for the space and and extra bed since we were traveling with a child. Eventually they gave us an extra single bed at no cost. The room was simple and modern but very dusty. It felt as if the room was not cleaned properly. The staff were very confused with many things the hotel could and could not provide. There was only a Marry Brown outlet at the hotel which supplied room service. No outside food was allowed into the hotel which made it difficult for us. We had keep driving out for food and when we came back there was no parking for us. Overall it was an OK stay considering the amount we paid during a super peak period. I might not return to this hotel since there are far more better hotels in PD.

    Clean and nice place. But we've got only have 1 access card to access elevator and room power source where difficult if one of the family member want to go out for awhile. Also, we cannot bring outside food to the hotel room since I have a baby so i need to stay at the hotel while my husband bring back food to me for dinner but security scold him telling him prohibited to bring outside food. It is quite not quite customer friendly

    The hotel is OK but it was very sandy and the customer service was bad. When I checked in I was first told there was no such family room and then they told we have overbooked so upgraded our room to junior room. Secondly they instead of deluxe room they gave me a smaller room and after checking in to the room I confronted them and they changed for me. They should really consider training the front office staff to be a little professional. Asi was checking out, the staffs were having some arguments among them during my checkout.
