As part of the community at Suntide III, you’ll enjoy excellent
on-site amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis
courts, a sauna, and a gym.
Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, featuring a sofa,
love seat, and two armchairs. Gather for favorite shows around the
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin
sink and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers,
blend favorite frozen drinks at the wet bar with seating for three.
When it’s time to eat, convene around the six-person dining table.
Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, which seats two.
BED & BATH
This unit sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms, each appointed with
a flat-screen TV.
Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a king bed,
large walk-in closet, and direct balcony access. The en-suite master
bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower with dual showerheads.
Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with two queen beds.
The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

Please note the large outdoor pool will be closed and undergoing
renovations from November 1, 2021, through mid-December. The outdoor
Jacuzzi service may also be interrupted at times due to noise, debris,
etc. Construction may be heard Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The indoor pool
and Jacuzzi will remain open.
In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private
First-come, first-serve parking is available for one car inside the
gate. One additional vehicle may also be parked outside the gate or in
the parking lot across the street. (Large trucks, SUVs, and boat
trailers must be parked in the parking lot.)
This penthouse unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are
Local Permit # 882021, issued 2015

restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater. A free public
bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to
