    Convenient for travelling
Hotel was near shinagawa station so was very convenient to travel. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable except duvet was a bit too warm.

    Beautiful garden, excellent facility
I find this hotel to be the best of the various Prince hotels in the surrounding area. It's more contemporary and the rooms and facilities are fresher. The bar and restaurant are good, though I'd put the breakfast buffet at "typical" for better hotels in Japan--nothing noteworthy, nothing wrong.

Great clean and friendly hotel, only downfall was the room cleaning times approx 6pm which didnt suit our stay.

    Exceptional 10.0
It has a very beautiful garden worth exploring all on its own. The restaurants adjacent to the hotel offered high quality, tasty food. The room was very well cleaned and I like the bathroom layout. I did feel that the room's decor was a little stale though.
