Ok stay but...
It was OK the room was a little small. There was no bedside table on the right hand side of the bed. It was a king size bed but it did have a tub. Around the tub was some rust. And the inside of the toilet bowl had like black mold. I could have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street and I probably would’ve like that better

Our first room was a connection room but had noisy people next to us. Got a new room no problem that was also a little nicer and even extend to an extra right with no issues. Only thing is the face mask required policy mandate was basically a joke to people. Saw a lot of that with no action being taken.

Wi-Fi troubles. Very disappointing, especially since our kids were trying to do their virtual schooling while we were out of town. I don't see why this was so difficult to fix.

I always have an amazing stay at doubletree. Its definitely my go-to when i have to travel back home plus the location is the center of everything. The staff is always extremely friendly and open to help if i have any question or need anything during my stay. Also, i got an cute card when i checked in, made my day.

Service was very poor. This isn’t what I expected from a double tree hotel. There was no coffee in the room or the lobby. The two gentlemen we dealt with during our stay didn’t care and certainly didn’t mean the standards we’re used to from a Hilton hotel.
