Fine place at a good price
Centrally located property in wonderful condition. Was upgraded to junior suite at check-in. Several good dining alternatives in the hotel and nearby. Hotel and room were in fine condition and the staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very Good
Pleasant stay with very friendly and efficient staff. Only negative thing was the view from the room - looking into a brick wall and into a backyard.

This place is great. Located right in downtown DC. The room is clean and quiet, and I got a view from my window.

It's the line workers who make or brake a company
Do the third party reservation companies get the worst rooms? I had to fight for the room I reserved 5 months earlier. I was eventually given a room witb a sitting area, but the way I was treated at the check-in colored my trip! However, the housekeepers were wonderful and the evening person who took me to my room and helped me get into the room I had reserved, was a delight, and kept me from leaviing. I still have doubts about third party reservation services. I hope they get the same kind of service as a direct call would get. Let me know if I got this wrong. Thanks, Kathleen Bell
