Walking into the hotel first impression, it looked nice & clean. The front desk worker Wasn’t very approachable, wasn’t welcoming at all. They took a $50 deposit. Which I understood. Most places do so I wasn’t surprised. They stated it would be refunded back to my account with in 3-5 business. After 5 business days I called the hotel & the lady I spoke to said it would be 10 business. It’s been nearly 3 weeks & still haven’t received it. I called again to question. The lady I spoke to stated she didn’t know what I was talking about & to call back the following week when her manger would be back. I then asked to talk to a manger on duty & she stated she was the only worker there & there wasn’t anyone in charge. Called customer service & just as worst service. I will never recommend nor will be staying at a Wyndham again.
