I left a message while there but did not get reply -/ my wife n I were given a so small box room after paying €400 per night - the heat did not work n a man had to come to try n fix — we were then given another room which was called a room for a wheelchair guest - room 930- room was nice but shower not great -/ very disappointed as I paid dearly to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday — I also cannot understand why I at 67 years old had to pay resort fees for fitness room etc - I would ask you to please refund part of this costs as a gesture Many thanks - would appreciate a reply
