I will recommend this hotel
Very clean, and very friendly and helpful services. We used the shuttle service from and to airport. They allowed us to pickup our food near by with the shuttle service. Breakfast was good too. Overall we had a great stay.

This is a dual property. The same building and front desk as the Tru by Hilton. The rooms are new, beds and linens are new and toiletries adequate. Service was fine, nothing specially welcoming, just ok. Parking is free and so is breakfast and house coffee in the lobby. These are new hotels and I wish they hadn’t used carpet in the hallways as it’s already showing signs of traffic. Price is right. A good airport hotel.

This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I remember back in the day Hampton Inn, when I was growing up did, not have a great reputation in the Northeast area nor in the south, but they have definitely done some revamping to change my opinion of them. Ive stayed at a couple of Hampton inns before and this one was probably the best one. The room was quiet, minus a few yelling football fanatics on my last night there lol. The room was spacious and clean; occasionally I had to pick off a few stringy hairs from the towels and bedding, but other than that I was very comfortable during my stay. Also the sheets were a little too big for the bed so they kept bunching up, that's just something that I really don't like but other than that I really don't have any complaints. Also the view was great, even though there was some construction going on, the windows were great because I could not hear the construction very well or really at all! And the view of the forest in the background with the beautiful passing trains occasionally was amazing! I hope that the construction does not come and block that view because it was very peaceful and beautiful from the fifth floor. I often times find myself just staring out the window at times taking in the peacefulness of the view. The sun rise and sunset there was beautiful and believe it or not I also had a view of downtown Charlotte skyline. It was perfect! Very beautiful!

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was courteous. Very spacicious room for the price. And very clean. We could hear kids running down hall but thats nobodies fault. Very good stay. Breakfast was good
