Very Good
Service at the restaurant was a bit slow due to covid rules I guess, but food was good. The hotel is generally clean, a bit older probably needs some renos soon. It's in great location. You can go shopping and not take a car with you. Hotel charges $15 a night for parking, we park on the street due to parking being free on Sat until March 27, 2021. Parking on street free on Sundays. It didn't have slippers like it said in add for hotel

The building is a beautiful old castle type building the beds are very comfortable and great pillows the room is very comfortable and has some old architectural features which is great.

we were in the city for a friend's small family wedding, decided to treat ourselves and booked a great deal on room. Beautiful Hotel, Beautiful Room, comfy bed. Chris at check-in was great!

Very unique property, the whole family really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was always right on top of any request we had. We definitely would love to stay at "Hogwarts"(as my children called it:) if we are ever in the area again.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The hotel has a terribly disappointing restaurant with terrible atmosphere. The lounge is closed so there is no place to have a drink or to meet anyone.And the breakfast room is unadorned and doesn't feel nice, the coffee was substandard, and the breakfast was served cold, and wasn't very good, even though there were 4 servers and only 3 patrons! It could be a great place, beautiful location and a gorgeous bulding, comfortable beds but without the support facilities I wouldn't go back!

Check-in front staff were extremely friendly and engaging. Lovely rooms. The hotel outside as well as the rooms remind me of the Fairmont group of hotels. Very well maintained. The restaurant was disappointing as the food was okay. Lots of great places to eat in and around the hotel, so do that. The location of the hotel is excellent. Great walking for you and your dog, and close to the sights in and around the city. Walking distance to the new Model Art Museum. I would stay there again.
