    Good location in Zona Rosa
Hotel is very well located in Zona Rosa which allows you to walk in the nearby area during day and night as there are several coffees, shops, monuments and things to do. The hotel could improve in some areas to make stay more comfortable. During the first night I reported a problem with the AC which slowly improved through the rest of my stay, good thing is that weather was nice so you could handle it. Cable channels are very limited but they offer chromecast in case you want to stream something directly from your phone. Carpet and bathrooms are outdated but average.

I couldn’t ask for anything more from this hotel. Amazing staff. Excellent food at the restaurant. The room was of great size. Overall, very satisfied. Will be back.

The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the road outside was under construction during our stay and so the lobby was quite dusty (of no fault of the hotel's).

I stayed there 3 nights. There was construction work outside the hotel so there was no way to park there. I returned to the hotel at around 530 pm one day and the room hadn’t been clean yet and they didn’t leave any small towels... bathroom was outdated but room was clean....
