    Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a cool vibe, friendly staff, is close to the water and train station and the room was very spacious. I liked the option of being able to check-in myself on an iPad as there was quite a bit of a queue when I arrived and the little packaged wipes all over the hotel and little hand sanitizer bottles in the room were a nice touch given the current situation.

    Das MUSS man erleben

    Also mehr Service und Komfort habe ich persönlich noch nicht erlebt! Dabei bin ich beruflich viel in Hotel unterwegs. Der Empfang war super freundlich, dass schön eingerichtete Zimmer war top sauber (Sogar Händedesinfiziermittel) durch die Google Funktion kann man super streamen. Das wlan ist ordentlich so das man auch wirklich im Zimmer Arbeiten kann. Also wenn ich beruflich in Kiel wieder bin gibt es nur eine Adresse!!!

    Dejligt hotel indrettet i en moderne og fed stil. Skønt med gratis drikkevarer på værelset. Træls man ikke kan åbne vinduerne på værelset. Der burde være bedre info med lån af cykler - vi kunne ikke låne, selvom de stod tilgængelige. Jeg spurgte om man så kunne låne dem senere på dagen. Det vidste de ikke? Virkelig dejligt lounge område. Fint med QR koder til diverse info, menukort ect.

    Unfähige Rezeption aber Rest gut

    Also der Checkin war eine Katastrophe, das Personal wusste nicht das in der Hotels.com Beschreibung stand das die Zimmer 24 vor anreise nicht belegt werden. Dieses stimmte auch nicht. Ein Check in vor 15 uhr wäre nicht möglich. Ich hatte stark das Gefühl das es einfach nicht gewollt ist. Was ich kundenunfreundlich finde. Dann war es ca. 14.20 und weitere Gäste trafen ein. Denen wurde dann ein Zimmer gegeben und obwohl wir warteten wurden wir nicht informiert. An der Rezeption eine Fritz-Cola ohne Service für 4.50 euro ist happig. Auf dem Zimmer angekommen war dieses toll allerdings ohne Handtücher also wieder zur Rezeption. Problem wurde gelöst aber entschuldigt wurde sich nicht. Wieder auf dem Zimmer festgestellt das nur eine der 2 Zimmerkarten geht also wieder zur Rezeption. Wieder keine Entschuldigen. Auststattung, Sauna, Zimmer und Fitnessstudio sind super und der Style auch Barservice auch super. Frühstück war auch gut

    Perfekt beliggenhed

    Tæt på hovedbanegården og gågaden. Dejligt hotel, hvor der er nogle skønne små detaljer på værelserne. Vi havde et værelse på 1. sal som gjorde, at vi kunne hører musikken fra receptionen indtil midnat, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt. Kommer gerne igen, men vil nok sikre mig et værelse på en højere etage.
