Nothing special
We stayed 3 night at this hotel for the first time. We liked the location close to Providencia Avenue, Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, groceries stores, banks, metro starion and bus stop. We did not like the carpet of the hallway was very dirty and with bad smell. We had problem with the air conditioning in our room and the bathroom sink was clogged. After calling several times to the reception, they allowed us to move to another room.

Deixou mto a desejar
A recepcao é ótima tds solicitos,porém o banho vc tem apenas 15 minutos apos isso a agua fica extremamente gelada,imagina isso agora noninverno que eu fui,sempre eu e minha namorada tinhamos que esperar horas pro outro tomar banho,absurdo um hotel com tempo cronometrado para banho,varios dias nao limparam o quarto pois dizem nao limpar em fds e feriados,e um dos dias que limparam a funcionária fez suas necessidades no nosso banheiro,sim é bizarro mais ela tinha acabado de fazer o numero 2 e bem na sequência chegamos,reclamei na recepção mais nada fizeram,o quarto ficou podre por umas 3 h,tivemos que abrir tudo, unca tinha visto isso na vida,e no cafe da manha tds os dias era a mesma coisa,passei 10 dias comendo croissant com queijo e peito de peru,pois somente nos 2 primeiros dias tinha salame,e qdo pedi café pra levar em um passeio veio um pao seco com queijo e presunto e um suco,enfim hotel nota 5 pela estrutura bonita em alguns aspectos e localização,ahora gastar mais de 3 mil em um hitel com tds essas limitações nunca mais volto.

Incrível! Super atenciosos, quarto confortável, extremamente limpo, igual as fotos ! Atendimento excelente e eles ainda antecipavam o café da manhã a nos dias de passeios que eram muito cedo e a gente perderia (fizeram uns lanches pra gente levar com fruta sanduíche suco e café) isso contribuiu para que nossa experiência fosse perfeita! Muito bem localizado, restaurante perto, casas de câmbio , praças lindas, mercado! Perfeito!
