very convenient location
Good option, very close to Shibuya station. My only complaint is we had a stroller and it was hard to get to the lobby since there was no elevator.

Overall a good stay but the hotel room looks a bit outdated and i can smell cigarette although i booked non-smoking room. Not sure where the smell came from. Very good location. Close to Shibuya Metro station.

Good location. Room with Vending machines with ice supply and microwave is open 24/7 located in every floor there’s a set of washing machine /dryer too with limited hours I wish the open breakfast at 6:00 am as yours leave early too OR, have BREAKFAST BOX TO GO

The toilet is very dirty and old, shower screen is very smelly. Complained to reception n shower screen has no smell when we were back to hotel
