Great Hotel Amazing Staff
My stay was relaxing the room is cozy and has everything you need. The staff was amazing they answered any question I had and were so friendly and inviting. I already booked my next stay in a couple weeks

Nice looking but not great.
Room was clean and looked great but the door handle in the room fell off when trying to leave the room. Spent about 5 min messing with the handle before getting the door open. Toilet flushed fine before going to sleep but wouldn't flush in the morning. At check in we were told there would be a 30 dollar charge for early check in (20 min before check in time) if we didn't want to wait. Hundreds of hotel stays at different places all over the country and have never been told there would be a charge for getting the room 20 min early. Every other place galdly gives you the room if it's ready early. Not a horrible place but wont book this chain again.

TONY DID IT AGAIN!!! We could not be happier with our stay. Felt like coming home. The ENTIRE staff was so kind and helpful. In additon, the little touches, going above and beyond as well as knowing the customer and making us feel like their most important guest. All I can say, once again is thank you so much. I would not stay anywhere else in Cincinnati.

All i can say is THANK YOU TONY!!! From the moment we arrived to fixing our tv, to the last time i asked for extra towles and more coffee, i was treated like THE MOST IMPORTANT guest this establishment had all weekend. Further, ever other guest i spoke to had the same thing to say about Tony and his staff. Excellence. I can not say it enough.
