Sleep Inn Airport - Billy Graham Parkway

I had just had a long day of travel and my company was having an issue sending me the voucher for the hotel and I knew it was on an email account I could get only via my laptop. I first attempted to get into the lobby restroom first because it had been some time since I used one. I dashed int the lobby only to find the restrooms were actually closed. Annoying, but I know it is a COVID thing. The said voucher was not going to come through my phone so I went outside, to fetch my computer. when I returned I sat in a lobby sofa and asked the clerk for the password and she, in a condescending voice, said you must be staying here to use the WiFi. My bad day got worse. She proceeded to school me about being rude when she assumed because I look a certain way or I use direct speak vs. sugar coating things. In fact, she is rude to assume I was a squatter or something. I know because i don't have a matching soul mate yet. On top of it, their facilities were dirty in the public spaces which were ill-planned, not small sundries to purchase, and a lot of noise. the experience could have been ok, but the clerk issued I was trying to just use wifi whch was not the case.

Every thing was very good and close too everything

To much tuning around loud and smell very bad. Room was not clean

The entire hall that I stayed on smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. There were people going back and forth in a hotel room across from me until about 4:30am. I didn’t get any sleep because they kept waking me up.

It says it was a non smoking room and when we got there there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, and the smoke detector had been removed out of the room.

Pretty rough on the inside. Not the cleanest. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is located close to the airport which is convenient and on Tryon street which is close to lots of retail and restaurants. Very clean and spacious rooms. Safe and clean, well lit exterior with plenty of parking. Pool was closed since we were there in December but there is fitness room and 24 hr coffee in breakfast room and also in room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Modern decor and ample room in standing shower. Breakfast included. I would consider this hotel for repeat stay. Price was reasonable.

Breakfast was nice. The room had a strong odor wjen entering the room. The bathroom door was difficult to close.

All the staff were extremely nice. The wifi was extremely slow. An indoor pool would be a great addition

There were several occasions where there were roaches spotted in rye hallway by myself and other guests. The room service does not knock prior to entering the room. The hair dryer and the phone did not work. My privacy was violated.
