LOST DRESS
Went on a cruise so we stayed here for one day. My wife placed her dress she purchased for the formal dinner for the cruise inside the closet so it won’t get wrinkle. Called the hotel once we made it off the cruise to see if housekeeping turned it in. No one never seen the dress. I’m calling corporate to resolve this matter.

BED BUGS
We only stayed for 1 night as we were headed out on a cruise the next day, check in staff was friendly, bar and restaurant staffed did not want to help us at all. Too busy talking to each other. Restaurant was out of every non meat option on the menu besides salad.not tge most filling dinner and the hotel was in a very rough area of Miami. All that i would have put up with except i woke up covered in bed bug bites. Have never been in a hotel with bed bugs before and we have traveled all over the world. Definitely would never stay here again.

Pre-cruise night
A very modern hotel that served us very well. Extremely close to Miami airport and easy ride to the cruise port. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Has a game area, along with a nice pool. No shopping or restaurants in the area. Was pleased with what the hotel had to offer for our 1 night.
