Amazing stay!
Absolutely phenomenal stay. Georgia at the front desk was the best. Breakfast was out of this world. Rooms are stunning and fully automatic everything. Only negative is that the “whirlpool” was gross - had some flies and hair floating in it - and it was cold, not even lukewarm. We asked and were told the temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Hotel is in a great location a short walk from the old town, rooms are really comfortable. Only downside is the displays and reading lamps have blue lights you can’t turn off at night which made it difficult to sleep unless you cover them with towels. Staff are wonderful, view isn’t great but that’s not an issue when you are out in Chania

The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay.
