I reserved the room for my Mom and sister while my Dad was a patient at the nearby VA Hospital. The room appeared clean until they pulled the blankets back to get into the beds. They found food crumbs from previous guests in the bed. They desk clerk offered a different room but who wants that risk, considering the pandemic? They checked out and drove an hour and a half back home despite being exhausted. The clerk offered to give me a free night at another time but frankly, you couldn't pay me to stay there. Hotels.com is working to get my money refunded.
It was amazing. Clean room and nice staff
Our stay was wonderful check in was a breeze and room was spotless the bed was so comfortable thank you.
Check in was easy and the room was very clean. Staff wore masks which made me feel safe. The location was very convenient...right off the highway. However, they are currently not serving breakfast but they advertise that they are.
The hotel looked nice from outside but things were falling apart inside, dusty. The rooms next door, downstairs, upstairs are all over crowded like some party events.
Our stay was okay, rooms are clean and great location off highway and lots of restaurants and shopping mall nearby.
Clean room. Great location, right off the highway. Check in and check out were a breaze. Internet site stated they offered breakfast, but they don't due to covid. They need to update their site to real time. Back door didn't close properly, so anyone could enter the building.
We just had a terrible storm so I needed a place to stay while power was restored to my apartment building. When I walked in my room the window was open and there were ashes on the window sill. So someone was smoking in my room before I got there. I must have been out in the animal section because there were dogs barking until about 9:30p. But otherwise my stay was fine.
Not a safe hotel. As i was checking in, some guy said he was just robbed in his room. There was also a hole punched in the door to the bathroom in my room.
I was very happy with room, there were a few items that had not been finished from their remodeling but room was nice. There was no continental breakfast due to covid-19 but the McDonalds next door made it easy to get breakfast next morning.
