Towels had hair, i slept with no covers because there was no one at the front desk. I also calle and there phone on 413 didnt work! Ac/ heater unit air had an awful smell, was really not worth the stay

The pool was closed so was the weight room. There was a $50 deposit which $25 went to a parking fee. Which was not told in advance till arrival. There was no breakfast provided on the weekends which was also not given a notice until arrival. There was no snack or drink bar available either. The room was nice had a good sleep but that was all you could enjoy.

This hotel is conveniently located near US Route 50 as well as US 395. It makes for an excellent commute to local offices in the area.

the hotel is good, the reception was good too. I would like them to improve a bit at breakfast, I understand that it is because of the pandemic but they should offer a little more. Also They should improve a little in the service because we stay without water for 4 hours and clean the rooms a little bit more

Not bad but not good.
Stay wasn't bad but wasn't good either. Greeted by a nice employee. Check in process was easy. Greeted by nats in the lobby and in my room. Ended up killing about 4 or 5. My room sheets on the bed werent clean. You could tell that they were only made and nothing new put on. Which worries me since we are in the time of Covid. Free breakfast- understanable we couldnt do a buffet but something more then an lunch box bottle of water and a granola bar would have been nice. They don't have a printer so you have to go to their sister property thats next to tbe building. Parking was $25 a day, but its not listed anywhere on hotels.com.... parking is not safe in the basement!!!! Pool is closed for obvious reasons...
