WARNING!!! Bait & Switched our rooms
They stuck us in an apartment vs a hotel room that must have been built back in the 60s. It was beat up with ugly and creaking flooring, windows with completely broken handles that could not be opened and no AC in a room that was steaming hot. When we called and complained they said to talk to the manager the next day but they ruined our night's stay and we couldn't rest in such sub-standard accommodations. They bait and switched our room and out us in the part of the hotel where the apartmenets had not been updated!
