A little tired looking
It had snowed a couple of days before and the snow removal in the parking lot was less than desirable. The room had some updates, but the bath tub was needing more, slow drain, stained soap dishes, no water pressure and they had painted the caulking on the shower surround and it was peeling off...

Room was clean and tidy. I feel that since I booked on app that we received a handicap room which has happened before. It was very cold in our room even with the furnace turned up to 80. There was a draft coming from the door.

Very nice facility. Property was refurbished within the past year. Room was fresh and roomy new. comfortable mattress. New flooring . Bathroom new. Shower head nice and high. 43 inch tv with good service and good wifi connection. Nicest place I stayed on this trip. Staff was friendly and courteous. Had an excellent stay.

Trying to safe on soap?
Not a bad place, but why no cups in the room? We had to go down 3 floors to the front desk for them. Why only one teeny tiny sliver of soap for 2 adults and 2 kids? Not to mention the pot smell in the hallway. Suppose that is the new norm. Not what we except from a mid-tier hotel. Although the staff did seem friendly.

Needed a place for the night, this was perfect! Check-in was quick, our room was one with an outside door so we could park right in front of it and get right to it. Felt like I was in a totally different place when we were in the room, very nice and clean. Area was quiet so we both slept well. Would stay again!
