Great Experience
We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't anything fancy but there is a heated pool and hot tub, free on site parking, extremely friendly staff and a 2minute drive to downtown old town. We have no complaints.

Welcoming hotel in excellent location
Hotel was clean and service was excellent. Rooms are a little outdated, but comfortable and everything was in working order. The outdoor pool was heated, and pool area and fitness room were well maintained. They had one of the better grab n go breakfast selections that I’ve seen during the pandemic (including their signature cinnamon rolls). If you prefer a hot made to order breakfast, the hotel shares a parking lot with Lo Lo’s Chicken & Waffles and is across the street from US Egg. Location is excellent proximity to everything in old town.

This Holiday Inn Express is a little old but clean and great location to Old Town. The reason I am not happy is the hotel charged me more than what was guaranteed from hotels.com. So I will see about getting the difference returned to me.

Comfortable stay for a reasonable price
Front desk people were fantastic! Pool and hot tub were open in Covid times, though I did not end up using them. Bed was comfortable, and room was spacious. The slight cons were a bathroom fan that ran all the time, even with the light off. The couch was older, and the springs creaked when you sat on it. Heater controls on the wall showed an error code - I was able to troubleshoot it but it would have been nice if I didn't have to.
