The lady checking people in was rude to my husband. She refused to take cash which is illegal. Not to mention the booking said you can pay cash upon arrival. Although they did take dogs, she lied and said they did not. She behaved differently when I came to check in. The doors to the rooms are right next to each other. Our door looked like someone kicked it in. The hotel lock was broken. It was a depressing stay. I felt like i was in a drug house. A lot of questionable acitvity in the parking lot. I felt like i had to keep checking on my vehicle.

Not only was there mold all around the window which we had to open for fresh air because of all the smoke but there was SO much built up of dust behind the furniture that the entire room smelled like an old saloon. In addition after several tries and refreshing our key card it STILL didn’t work correctly. Let’s add to the fact that there is NO space to walk a dog. Now how about the goat, yes I said goat that was in the corridor? I paid extra for my dog but REALLY? Lastly, my white socks were no longer white after walking in that room, rugs were disgusting at best. Needless to stay we will NEVER return, what a disgrace

I chose this room based on decent ratings and this hotel was no where close. On arrival no masks on in sight from employees to guests. Only one elevator working and it ran extremely slow. Initial room was beyond filthy from a microwave with food inside, food and drink spills on floor, unclean sheets, hair in tub, leaking faucet, etc. Ended up getting room changed and time dirty just not as bad as first. Beds worn and overall gave impression of sleazy motel for cheap hookups.

Only one person to check guest in so if there are a few guest expect to wait a bit. Hotel is ok but it is a bit out dated and needs a facelift. All in all it did its job. Bed, Shower and AC/Heat.
