Dirty room
Upon arrival, there was no staff available at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes until staff showed up. First impression of room was unsatisfactory. Smelled like mildew and cigarette when it was advertised as a non smoking room. Had to spray with my personal fabreeze to make it smell better. Also the bathroom was dirty and somebody left their dirty underwear on the floor. Just simply terrrible.

The front desk recommended an amazing Mexican restaurant nearby. We had a wonderful time in El Paso considering that we were just passing through on the way to California.
