I enjoy my stay
I like Santa Fe Suites. I enjoy the kitchenette and to be able to cook some meals. The Supermarket is walking distance for anything we may need. It's quite & nice.

Not what I expected.
Not really what I was expecting, a little disappointing if I'm being honest. Not sure if they wash the blanket and comforter or not, either way, they're old and poor quality. Front desk left much to be desired.

Reading the other negative reviews sounded just like my experience. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Do not be lured by a low price. To begin with I was overcharged. I found out when I returned home and checked my statement online. When I called and spoke to the manager, just like other reviews, he was rude and told me no refund was possible. Further, he told me that his employee never made mistakes, and then called me a liar. But once I persisted and gave him my reservation number and the agreed upon price, he eventually agreed to refunding me the overcharge portion. But then he said; “there will be further investigation into the matter” and again said his employee simply could not have made a mistake. And again, the strong implication that I was lying. The so called “suite,’” is nothing more than someone’s imagination. It is simply an outdated hotel room with a refrigerator and a two-burner hot plate. Scant silverware, no utensils, no pots/pans, and two dirty dishes. No way to cook a decent meal there. And light years away from what other hotels call suites. The photos and descriptions are very misleading.Half the electrical receptacles did not work; others were so old and used that cell phone chargers actually fell out of the receptacle making charging impossible. Clearly it is suspect and possibly dangerous wiring. In the bathroom the GFCI kept tripping. And the provided hair dryer did not work. I could go on but Buyer Beware!!
