Perfect place
Great stay..Room and atmosphere really good..Family loved it..
Perfect hotel for a night away
Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Westin, Lake Las Vegas. Even though it was with Covid precautions, we felt safe and all areas were completely clean. Beautiful spot. Very relaxing. Would definitely return.
It’s a nice place with great scenery, but too expensive overall. I got the basic room, figuring it’d still have a pretty good view (from what I’d seen online) but you could mainly just see the roof. It was a bummer, especially because they didn’t have many people there, but it’s my fault for not upgrading. The pools were nice, but the chairs to lay out in had a lot of bird poop on most of them. All the food was really expensive so we went elsewhere for meals. An odd moment was when we arrived, the guy standing outside asked if we needed help getting our stuff to our room, we said no, he asked our room number, I couldn’t remember and my hands were full therefore I couldn’t look at the key, so said I didn’t know. He told us he’d have to follow us because he had to know where the luggage carts were at all times... he then proceeded to follow us up to our room and handle all of our items to take them off the carts (which during Covid is weird). The really weird part is we saw many other people with carts and no one followed them. Also how could you possibly steal a luggage cart? It’s also very annoying to constantly be asked what you’re doing or where you’re coming from every time you enter or exit the building. I know this sounds extremely negative, but there were some good parts. It was nice to relax there and the views of the lake were pretty. I just wouldn’t stay there again.
Nice area , beautiful hotel Front desk polite and good experience
Excellent stay as always. We travel with our pets and always feel welcome at this hotel. Super clean, great amenities and staff. Thank you!
We picked the Westin Lake Las Vegas, as we thought it would be a quiet escappe. The place was packed, which normally is fine, but with the pandemic, not so much. But the disappointing thing was that there were people are over the property not wearing masks. That was surprising and disappointing. The mask rule there was certainly not being enforced. The property itself is rated a 4 star, but it is in desperate need of an upgrade.
Clean facility and helpful staff. Did not like that we had to wear masks in the pool area.
Hotel grounds were great. For being a Westin the rooms were just ok. Not what I expected for a Westin. AC was horrible in the room and the beds were horrible. Beds were like sleeping on concrete. We will not return do to the beds themselves. Slept horrible.
