Good place to stay in downtown Cleveland, OH
The bad: I called and requested a pack and play be in the room for our 1 year old, they said they would note that and assured me it would be there. It wasn’t and it was 11pm before anyone could find one to bring to us. I would have brought our own had we known it would be such a issue. Disappointing and frustrating experience. The good: The suite we got was very large and perfect for our two toddlers to stretch their legs and get some energy out after a long trip. Valet though pricey was efficient and our car was ready when needed it. having this service regardless of the price was critical as I was in Cleveland to have knee surgery, super glad they had valet available! The place was spotlessly clean and that was comforting given the pandemic world we now reside in.

5 of us stayed two nights in a suite for my sons 12th birthday trip. We were in Cleveland to go to the candy store and Aquarium. The room was spaciuos and clean. The staff were EXCELLENT. Breakfast boxes were available in the AM due to Covid-19 instead of a hot breakfast bar. Valet parking ended up being lower than what I was quoted but still a little expensive. Be prepared to budget for valet parking or be prepared to walk about a block and a half to the self parking garage. Besides that, I have no complaints and will definitely stay there again.

This in my opinion; is a place for a business trip stay. My wife and I found it okay for our stay, but would not recommend it as a romantic get away. There was no safe provided in the room. There was also no refrigerator unit or microwave which I am use to having in my room when staying at some places. The staff was friendly and professional. Ice machine are only located on even number floors.

The room itself was comfortable, except we were given a room with an adjoining door. We could hear the people in the other room clearer than we could hear each other. Not a pleasant way to be awoken each morning.
