Update the bedrooms!
The room needed a comfortable armchair. There was clearly space for it but was not included in the room furniture. The decoration needed updating, and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom - surely a modern requirement? One of the sinks was blocked. The chef went home early one evening so no bar food available. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

I was a little disappointed all of the rooms were not ready when we arrived and when we checked back a couple of hours later the room still was not ready. I really enjoyed the greeting on the TV and complimentary water in the room. It would be preferable the hotel did not charge extra for the parking garage. Overall, the rooms were lovely with ample space and comfortable beds.

Slightly out of the way, but still only a ten minute walk from the Markt. On a quiet canal, surrounding a Japanese garden, the hotel was calm and quiet. Clean and tidy, with excellent staff on the front desk: Kim and Laura were very helpful, with lots of useful information, and astoundingly good English.

Excellent hotel. Nicely placed for easy walk into the centre of Bruges. Great breakfast. One minor whinge was that the shower was a slow flow and affected by water pressure changes. Will stay there again.
