    COVID Travel so very restricted, hotel very clean service and food spot on. Only fly in the ointment was that the room smelt a little as if some one had been smoking in it previously that week.

    Staff really friendly and working hard to make guests feel comfrotable despite the impacts of Covid 19. Overall the public areas are nice but feel it is a little tired and the rooms comfortable but again a little tired. Excellent location

    Most uncomfortable beds ever!!!!

    Excellent staff and service. Probably the most uncomfortable beds that we have ever tried to sleep in. Bed springs stuck in our backs all night and non existant thin pillows. We appreciate that times are difficult, but come on Holiday Inn - replace the mattresses and pillows!!!!!!!!!

    We stayed for 3 nights. All places have sanitisers. Reception staff were good. Breakfast options are limited due to COVID. Sofa bed in the room was a bit of a struggle to close and open. Fridge in the room didn’t work.

    pool is shut!

    It was a 2 night stay, booked last minute and chosen Specifically because it had a pool. (We had stayed at another hotel with pool the night before) The pool was shut. The room looked a little dated and had clearly had a water issue from the room above. So I wouldn’t have paid as much,and stayed somewhere nearer to where I was going If I’d have realised! Other than that, perfectLunch fine

    Tired rooms, no aircon and stretched staff

    Very hot day but the room was far too hot to stay in. Over 30 degrees C . The air conditioning does not work as it’s very old. Staff were helpful by finding an internal room and providing fans which helped a little bit. Rooms are very tired. We was not told that breakfast finished at 9 . We were on holiday and that’s pretty early for holiday makers though not for business. We missed it unfortunately as we didn’t know despite paying extra for it at booking. Was looking forward to it. Skeleton staff due to COVID were stretched and there’s no one answering phones at front desk quite often. All in all I didn’t enjoy it as we missed brekkie and the room temp was awful. I won’t stay again as I know other hotels in the area are better value and more comfortable

    The location is perfect, right across from the MK centre. The maintenance could be better and the bed desperately needs replacement. It was really uncomfortable for two persons, for one it would be fine. The A/C didn’t work but maybe that was because of the virus, however we did stay here before and back then the A/C also didn’t work. Also because of corona, the didn’t serve the buffet breakfast which last time we really liked here. They did serve a decent alternative but certanly not worth the money we payed with a full buffet in mind. The hotel right now is actually more like a holliday inn express. Al together I think we would puck a different hotel next time, which is a shame because of the great location.
