Very central to Shakespeare theater
The hotel is very centrally located. The room is great but the stepin tub shower is a hazard. There also needs to be printed instructions for the valves in the shower, i couldn't for the life of me change the temperature, and it was scalding hot.

Great building but shabby inside
15th Century building which was great. the breakfast was very nice. The hotel has a car park but they charge £15 for it. Our room was a little dilapidated, loose floor tile in the bathroom, could do with a refresh, coat of paint etc. a building of this age has limitations on what can be done I accept, however a clean window, curtains that are not fraying floor tiles that are stuck down are areas that can be addressed. You accept a lot being in a historic building, one that I loved, so overall just a shame.
