Booked this hotel for 3 nights based on location, on pulling up outside I instantly knew i’d made a bad choice, on entering my fears were confirmed. The hotel is not a Kimpton as described on your website???? The hotel is run down, filthy and in need of a serious upgrade, the carpets frayed, the whole place smelled, the overbearing smell of air freshener when it hits your nostrils is stomach turning. The so called lobby is nothing more than a walkway, you’ll find two broken water coolers, a so called check in desk (filthy) a high top table with a few chairs. Hotels.com / Expedia seriously need to send a senior employee to this hotel, in my opinion this hotel shouldn’t appear in your search area, at best I’d rate it as One Star and that’s being generous. I think there are serious health and safety issues at play here, this hotel shouldn’t be allowed to accept guest, and Hotels.com / Expedia shouldn’t be featuring this property. I’m actually still waiting on Hotels.com / Expedia to refund my money paid, as you know I had to rebook another hotel and repay.

Do Not Use Your Credit Card at This Hotel.
Bad experience with billing. I booked and pre paid only to be charged again and I have made several attempts and even left messages with accounting and no reply. When I call over the phone to discuss, they tell me that there were no additional charges. Although the extra additional charges of over $115 are still on my card. I never consumed anything from the mini bar or their restaurant. They need to get it together. Very poor system. I advise that you do not use your credit card at this hotel because now I have to do a charge back with my credit card company. This could have been avoided. Very bad on their billing department.
