We just did a quick one night stay in Lincoln, and the hotel was clean and exactly what you would expect for the price. Nothing super fancy, but clean and safe area. The heated pool was nice for the kiddos! The beds were ok, maybe a little worn, was great for what we needed! The staff was very friendly!
I am 63 and have traveled all over the US, Canada, Mexico, and South American. I have had some bad rooms but this was the worst. The room itself was not bad except for a bathrooms vent dan that needed work and sounded like a world war Il bomber taking off. The problem was crappy management. We arrived to a lobby completely full of people from a birthday party on the first floor and children running all up and down the hallways yelling screaming making out so much noise I could not hear the front desk clerk. None of them wearing masks. I asked for a room on the third floor and told them that I was a light sleeper. Found out later that the third floor was full of construction workers that stayed up half the night in the hallway yelling with their doors to the rooms open making all kinds of noise. Reported it to the front desk several times and was told that they were just "on their first day off and having a little fun." She told me she could move me to another room {period} this would not have helped since it was the entire third floor and they were making so much noise wherever she moved me would have been just as bad. when I asked her to move them to a different room she told me they were long-term guests and she was not going to move them. (None wearing masks). guess if you're a short-term guess you're comfort inability to sleep doesn't matter to the management of this hotel. and any other hotel i've ever been in they would have been told to quiet down or pack up and move o
The staff blamed me for their difficulties with 3rd party bookings. She kept insisting that I book directly with her despite me attempting to explain numerous times I had already paid through hotels.com. It took over an hour to get the situation handled. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room.
Friendly and clean also were very respectful and explained everything to me..thank you
Location is great for shopping and food. Staff was friendsly as usual, as we stay here often when we are staying in Lincoln.
The staff was wonderful but the rest was barely average. It smelled like air freshener sprayed over smoke and the furniture and general bathroom flooring etc,... were quite worn
I was happily surprised to see they had an indoor swimming pool. Luckily, there is a Target across the street, so I found a swimsuit!
Older hotel, with older beds. Quiet night. No lids for coffee cups when we left in the morning.
On a cross country drive and this place was the best we’ve stayed at. Granted you could go more expensive and get a great place, but this was awesome service, clean room, decent breakfast (that you could actually eat there and not get in a bag due to covid), and the staff were helpful with directions and info. This place is great value and comfortable.
Friendly staff. Needs some updates. Breakfast was ok.
