Great hotel, noisy neighborhood
Nice hotel, close to restaurants and downtown Scottsdale. Friendly service, would give 5 stars but some restaurants/clubs perhaps too close, so Friday/Saturday noice was going on till ~3am. Ask for a quiet side if you want to get any sleep!

Not the best Hyatt Place I’ve stayed at...spacious and clean but the entire hvac system didn’t work. It’s Arizona...no choice of a fan or heat, nothing. And USB ports in bed lamps were also broken.
