Definitely would reccomend
5 minutecwalk from thecwater bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk to most central attractions. Such beautiful rooms, beds really comfortable, check in staff lovely and helped us with an extra nights accommodation with no fuss after our flight was cancelled. Lots of lovely little bars and restaurants nearby, Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel for a family/friends trip!
Excellent place to stay.. Very clean, modern and updated hotel! Staff was absolutely perfect! Great location with everything right outside the door of the hotel. Can take the water taxi right from the airport, directly to the hotel…the water taxi will drop you off right there at the hotel.

Great room, would stay again.
This hotel was very surprising in a good way. There were three of us that stayed here and the loft had a queen bed while a twin bed was downstairs. The room was almost too roomy but that made for a pleasant stay as we didn't feel cramped. Very clean room that was cleaned daily. The bathroom was a decent size but the shower was larger than most. Water temperature was good and never fluctuated. The hotel is located in an odd way and we did walk past it the first time as there was no external evidence where it was. We had to check in at the Ca' Doro hotel which was just a block over. The check-in process was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many local restaurants and shops in the area and was about a 5-10 minute walk to water taxis. The only negative we had was the 2 flights of stairs we had to walk up to get to our room. After a full day of walking Venice the stairs didn't help. But if we go back to Venice we will stay here again.
