We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was stunning, offering beautiful views and the perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and excellent quality at every meal. What truly made this hotel special, however, was the incredible staff. Every single person was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and truly at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. 10/10. The staff were so amazingly kind and helpful, always willing to help/provide advice on booking tours & excursions. The room was always clean after room service and fully stocked with water, fruits, and soft drinks. Furthermore, the hotel was about a 10 minute walk from landmarks such as the Monkey Forrest, Ubud Palace, and Ubud Market. Overall an great place to stay in Ubud and I would very much reccomend.

The daily complementary breakfast is delicious, the Sunset at the pool is an extraordinary experience and the spa is first class!
