Service here is always outstanding. The entire staff goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant. Every staff member greeted me by name from housekeeping to General Manager.

My wife and I had a room in the executive section of the hotel and we decided to eat breakfast downstairs and the staff told us that we will be charge for breakfast because we didn't eat breakfast in the executive section of the hotel. We have stayed in many Hilton hotels and we haven't experienced something like this before. Our room covered breakfast but according to them we were not allow to eat breakfast in that section of the hotel. We hope the Intercontinental hotel reviews their current service policies to better improve their service.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in less than a year span. The hotel staff was not as accommodating as I have been accustomed to in various hotels around the world, so I chalked it off as a cultural thing. This last time was just the worst. I am sorry I will no longer be staying at this hotel going forward.

The coffee maker in my room didn't work. The breakfast buffet was rather expensive. I was charged $24.00 USD per day, which seems excessive. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
