Good 6.0
Disappointed
The room was very small and quite shabby however the beds were comfortable the location was good but confusing as there are two entrances, we did not eat at the hotel as the prices were expensive. Having spent three weeks in Japan it was the most expensive room we had and honestly the smallest and shabbiest I won’t be staying there again

Great location
Worth it to upgrade to a better (larger) room. Superb location.

Good 6.0
Great location, tiny room
Location is great but double rooms are so small that one person has to sit on the bed to let another person pass. Only two hooks on the wall to hang the clothes, not shelf or drawer for storage. You must to keep everything in your luggage under the bad if it fits.
