This property is in an excellent location. It is on the edge of Zona Romana. A block from the beach and walking distance to amazing restaurants as well as the Malecon. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. The penthouse is quite large and comfortable.

Fantastic location. Property not really ready fully to rent. Still working on renovating. Not bad and lots of room in condos. NO MICROWAVE and NO TV in living room. Pretty dated but has hot water and old appliances. I would have been happy if they'd provided a microwave and TV as I mentioned. Staff was great and very helpful. Ocean views from a spiral staircase I was told about the last day of trip. Staircase was kind of scary to climb. Would I stay here again, yes if a few things changed. Again a great location one block from Swedes and two blocks from ocean and green chairs.

It is a great facility - spacious suite with a kitchen, well maintained. The location is great and it is excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again! The only thing negative is that it was difficult to get the staff to take care of some TV cable issues despite several requests.

Loved having the kitchen space for home cooking during our stay! The location was amazing, tucked away from the noice of the center of the Romantic Zone but just close enough for walking distance. Two bathrooms was an unexpected luxury and having AC was a great escape from the heat

This "hotel" is nothing of the kind, and not prepared to serve the public. From no hot water to no taste, this place simply does not deserve my time to write about.

Excelente hotel!! Con todo lo necesario para pasar unas increíbles vacaciones.. Muy limpio.. Cómodo.. Espacioso.. cerca de todos los lugares de zona Romántica.. Y sobretodo muy cerca de la playa. Sin duda regresaría.. 😊
