Good stay, great location
Good location, 10 minute walk from Petra visitor centre and lots of nice restaurants. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and had lots of information on Petra on arrival. Room was clean and large. A little cold in the room, but didn't bother us much. Shower head was broken on arrival, staff fixed it very quickly and with no problems. Room had a fridge although it wasn't plugged in. Breakfast could do with improving, was basic and limited. We told the owners this on checkout and they offered us a discount to compensate (which we didn't take as the stay was good overall).

The property is very nice and best of all it is very close to Petra's entrance. Breakfast and food in general is great and special mention to customer service provided by the Hotel Manager Zeyad, outstanding!

Such incredible Service
The guy who runs the place is such an excellent person, helped out getting my COVID test and getting a better price for my stay at Wadi Rum, He makes your stay feeling like home. I will stay again

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is in a great location - about a 10 minute walk to the Petra entrance. The rooms are comfortable. It has everything you need for a 3-4 star hotel. My only complaint is a better shower head and barrier kr shower curtain.
