Great location and extremely helpful and courteous staff. They made this stay feel welcoming and gave us the best possible experience it could’ve been. Hotel itself is in good condition but needs an uplift. Breakfast was top notch for the entire stay!!!

My stay of 3 days at Wyndham on Challenger Way in Fort Wayne Indiana while in town for a funeral of a loved one, was pleasantly comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were cheerful, courteous, and professional. The rooms were clean, although the carpet was vacuumed, it smelled like it hadn't been shampooed in years, leaving the room smelling a little unpleasant. Thankfully I always carry room refreshers/spray disinfectant and odor eliminators, which helped, but whenever I left the room and returned the room still had the unpleasant odor, but other than that, the stay was comfortable, affordable, and relatively clean. I didn't have occasion to try the gym or swimming pool, but did have the breakfast one of the mornings, which was okay for a hotel buffet style breakfast. I would give my stay 4 1/2 stars.

Great outdoor area for grilling out, swimming, and enjoying with a group. Rooms were clean and functional, great shower head pressure. Bed was very comfortable for us. There was onsite guest laundry to use during our stay, which was very helpful for cleaning team uniforms daily. We tried the breakfast on the first night and passed for the following 2 mornings. There were hot options and pre-packed options (oatmeal, cereal, yogurt). Overall a great spot with easy access to food, stores, etc. would definitely choose it again!

The hotel is really nice, kind of on the expensive side of things for what it is and where it is. The pool was closed this time around so couldn’t enjoy that. One good thing though is their breakfast, different variety of hot and cold choices every day. The staff is friendly and professional.

Clean room, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast bar. Staff adjusted the breakfast hours to accommodate our large group. (Opened an hour earlier when they became aware that we needed to leave at 7am for a conference).
