Great location. Parking was harder than was told but we figured it out.jacuzzi is poop.. not hot enough.. And don’t use the app.. had no key for 2 days so had to go up and down to get in the room. Staff were fab though,,,

At first it is not obvious, its a door way inbetween shops, but once in the lobby it is lovely, very modern. Our room was on third floor down side of building so it was quiet, the bedroom was modern and well presented, our beds got made every day, inside room is a charging Mobile phone which is your "ropm phone" is can be used to contact reception but also had apps for local sightseeing and information on. Shower was amazing!! There is free coffee in lobby and a hottub outside on level 4, which we didnt use as others were in it. Very central, great location for exploring and a short walk to Cathedral, harbour, lovely restaurants and bars. Would stay here again!

Central location, modern hotel with helpful staff. Staff always said hello and happy to help, they even managed to book us a northern lights tour for our last night. Rooms are clean and very modern, we didn’t use the facilities but they have a hot tub on the terrace and free water and hot drinks! The only downside we had was with our room.. the rooms advertised wasn’t the room we were given but the receptionist was helpful and moved us to another room and also they don’t give you clean towels each day. However, I would recommend this hotel.
