It’s a good budget place, they have tiny rooms that is basically just a bed and a little storage, perfect budget place that offers privacy.. cheap food and drinks at the bar and enough shared bathrooms where it was never a issue to use one

Hostel is different then others , large beds for couples, great bins to store your bags. We asked to switch rooms because the first layout was very Inconvenient for two people and they did it without a problem. Showers have hot water (which is amazing for a hostel). Pools need better upkeep but the food at the bar makes up for it at a cheap price. I would suggest couples try to get a bottom bunk. It’s just more convenient when you don’t want to disturb your partner.

The beds are super comfortable and clean. I liked the proximity to town and the ADO bus station. The bar staff are friendly and the food/drinks are delicious and cheap. However, I had a hard time sleeping in my dorm due to constant music playing from downstairs. Also the payment system isn't great (you need to load money before you buy anything and so you must guess how much you'll use in the duration of your stay or you will not get the money back). Also the pool was dirty the whole time I was there :(

Pros: Lovely outdoor area to chill out and take a dip in the pool. The bar-restaurant was nice too. The private room I had was quite bare bones, but it could be okay... if there was at least someplace - even a few hooks - to hang some clothes. Cons: The free shuttle to the beach that we I was looking forward to taking regularly? I was told that it was being repaired, and that it may be months before it is back in service. The hair dryer that was supposed to be in my bathroom? The lady at the reception desk told me that I would get it the next day, and then I was told that I should just go use one in a shared space. The complimentary breakfast that was included? Fruit and dry toast with jam. Most of the staff was courteous and nice, but I was disappointed by the attitude of one of the ladies at the reception desk. Any questions were met with indifference, which is too bad, because just a bit more care could make this a place I could recommend.

So close to ADO in the center of town. Their online payment system is great for drinks because you don’t have to worry about pulling out cash. Nice big bunks. If you need information about bikes or the local busses (collectiveo) they can help you. Great food all around, bars, laundry, dentist, alteration shop, and cool unique shops all around.

This is a new hostel that services adults older than 21. Very trendy and comfortable with an excellent location (steps away from the bus station). The staff is very friendly. Tulum is a wonderful town with good restaurants, attractions and proximity to nature. Beds are large and comfortable. There is a pool and fun bar and restaurant.

I stayed in one of the design rooms with my gf and it was great. Always very clean and the private cabins offer excellent value for money. The food is excellent and the drinks from Alex the barman are exceptional. The food and drink prices are very cheap too. 2 dollars for a Smirnoff and coke!

Loved the vibe as we rolled up. Very welcoming and fun atmosphere, modern. Rooms were very cozy and great for the minimal traveler looking to spend most of their time exploring!
