2/10 Poor

Throughout the night I had another patron try to enter my room through the front door before attempting to break through the connecting door within the room. After notifying the front desk the woman continued to attempt to enter my room. Partway through the night I was awoken to the power being shut off to the room and someone banging on the walls.

While a cheap rate is always attractive, this was still a poor value. Room smells badly and room in poor state of repair. Unsafe surroundings too. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Worst hotel
This is the worst hotel i have seen. First of all they don't have their own parking. You have to park in public paid parking. And so many druggie out side of hotel and parking lot. It is very unsafe place. And the hotel lobby and etrance smells stingy. From inside it look like ghost motel. In the room there was only one night lamp so it was very dark. It is look very old hotel. You can't breath in this atmosphere. I did check out only in half an hour. In my suggestions don't book this hotel if you bring your car. Manager hersf told us it is 50/50 chance of robbed our car.

My husband, myself and our kids booked a night here passing through Winnipeg. It looked nice (pictures) and we knew the area. Check in was smooth and front desk was amazing. However the hotel is very run down, looks like it is used for a rehab. It’s dark and stuffy in the hallway. Our first room there was blood stains on the beds, stains on the floors, burn marks on the toilet and bathtub, sheets with yellowed and AC not working, my husband complained and we got switched, again more blood stains and yellowed sheets. This time stains on the bedding as well, stains on the chairs, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was about to cave in. I would not recommend here; it was no pleasant. We got a refund and left, found a much better hotel.

We booked for three people but the hotel provided two towels and two pillows. It was not what it used to be. The hotel is rundown. A little scary when there are lots of street people hang out in front of the hotel. The hotel workers seem lack of experience on customers service. There was no prompt service. We have to look for someone to get us check out of the hotel and the process of getting the deposit back was terrible and a lot of time wasting. We will never go back there again.

Disgusting don’t stay there
This hotel was disgusting on all levels. It looked good on the outside but the inside looked like a homeless shelter. The cleanliness was not even exist. It smelled.
