Bed had a bulge coming from the side of it as though the springs had collapse. Noisy neighbours early in the morning. 10 elevators but it seems as though only 3ever worked leading to large delays

Not recommended
Place wasn't very clean. Rooms and bathroom tiny and old. Beside cabinets chipped. The bathroom had a sliding door not ideal in my opinion. Looked like on one floor it was housing for disadvantaged families but ghat was just my impression. Receptionists however seemed to be well versed in their role and efficient although they made very little eye contact.The air con was ggod but extremely noisey. The location was good though. I just made the wrong choice for my tastes and needs.

Easy stay in the heart of Times Square area.
I had a one night stay at The Row. I was travelling alone and had a number of errands to run. The check in process was incredibly easy and efficient, the room was comfortable and more spacious than I had expected and the area was very convenient.

Highly recommended
I got upgraded to room with city view by a lovely Robin during check in. The room was perfect with amazing view in the evening and morning. It wasn’t noisy at all, room was cleaned every day and staff was very friendly. Wifi was working perfect. Hotel is locate literally 3 minutes away from time squere and 2 minutes away from bus port terminal that is very handy. I will definately come back in future.

Would not reccomend the Row NYC
The hotel unfortunately was filthy. The room I checked in to had not been cleaned. I complained and they still didn't clean the room. I travelled with other people. Their room was also the same. The public areas were not clean. Customer service was non-existent. It felt like due to the location the hotel would fill the rooms either way so customer service is not a priority. Check in and out queues were long with only 1 or 2 staff on the desk.
