Quality Inn

Although the rooms appear to be updated, the bathrooms are not and the room was very dusty. Which lead me to believe it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Also, the room smelled like newport cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The woman at check in at 7:30pm the night before did not wear a mask but the check out person did. Two cars of men were in the back parking lot screaming at each other when we arrived and we heard/saw police cars in the area several times during our one night stay. Breakfast was limited as expected due to covid, but my English muffin tasted like freezer burn. Also, the side door to enter the building was supposed to be key card only access, but it was broken and anyone could enter if they so desired.

Rooms need good cleaning and outside is trashy. Mowing weeds down around hotel would help. Manager was nice to deal with. Young female clerk on Saturday Sept. 26th was rude.

I don’t ever complain or leave comments like this but I was Not happy with this stay. It felt like a very shady place. No elevator and the air conditioner unit in the hallways were partially intact. Very run down. Super late in the night someone tapped on my door making me feel not very safe so sleep was not very peaceful. I will NOT stay there again.

the toilet did not flush at all!!!!does not work the overall appearance in restroom was not clean. the restroom could use a thorough cleaning!!!

It’s convenient and close to any Things I need.

Convenient to interstate. Disappointed in management help. Had mix up on room dates made on line and bought another room for current date once checking in. I was told that the wrong date would be credited. Just passing thru snow and didnt need to pay for two different dates and only get to use one. Manager next morning refused to credit extra room charge. Barely worth one charge.

My room was not cleaned and the front desk person had a daughter who was very sick visiting . The clerk came and cleaned the bathroom, especially the toilet but considering the COVID virus 19 outbreak I was completely disgusted with the whole mess. I asked for compensation and the morning clerk said no, that she would simply report the filthy room to cleaning staff. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. The pool was dirty, the halls were dirty, everything was bad.

Advertised pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told the hot tub was down but the pool was open. When we went to use the pool, my son jumped into a freezing pool. They apologized after we also had to wait for a towel. Breakfast was a mess, they were running out of everything and made no efforts to refill items until breakfast was almost over. No one was rude, but they didn’t make you feel like you were important. No deep cleaning occurs here, the window sills proved that.

The lady at the front desk was really considerate and helpful. After knowing the heater in our first room wasn't working properly, she helped us arrange another one. The breakfast there was decent! Considering the price, it's a good option to stop by.

Horrible! They failed to mention that the spa was not working and their pool was cold and not heated like on the website. Had us checked into a room that wasn't cleaned so we had to get a different room. It was a hassle getting our deposit back.
