Nice stay
The Hotel is in a great location. Just a short walk to the Malecón were you have restaurants and night life. I felt safe to walk around day and night. The staff is friendly and well mannered specially Jose at the front desk, bell staff was prompt and friendly. The morning team at the breakfast area was cheerful and friendly. The food selection was fresh and delicious. No credit cards accepted only cash. There is no information or details on the Hotels.com website it coughs us by surprise thankfully we had enough cash on hand. It would be nice if the staff knew a little information of things to do or history hi lights. We will be back!!

Room was very nice, except for the ants. Hot water pressure in shower is very minimal. Very bad wi-fi. You can only pay with CASH, which is not stated on the web site at all. The site says they speak English which is not true. Good breakfast. Would stay again if traveling with friends that speak spanish

Would definitely come again.
The young woman that works the desk in the morning is amazing, and I feel ashamed that I never asked her her name. She had great tips and recommendations that were spot on, and she was always very pleasant. The ladies that work in housekeeping and the kitchen are the backbone of the establishment and I commend them for their excellent service and attitudes.
